Experience or interest with Hokusai art

I would like to get a large/detailed Katsushika Hokusai Great Wave "inspired" tattoo on my chest/shoulder/back. Are there any artists that have experience/knowledge/interest in this type of art. It appears the photo quality art of Rember may be the most analogous; however, I am open to suggestion.
