Cat Tattoo Artist Jeff Wins Awards in Tampa Bay

Cat Tattoo artist Jeff Ensminger won 2nd place (tattoo fo the day) on friday March 30 at the Tampa Bay Convention in Florida. He then returned the next day and won 1st place (tattoo of the day) on Sat the 31st. You can see some of his work in the "About the Artists" section of the website.
